The service and fee

Hairline Desk provides administrative research, documented clinic comparisons, date inquiries and appointment coordination. The one-time fee is $499 USD for one adult customer, one hair transplant procedure and one preferred date window, with email support for 30 calendar days from confirmed payment.

We provide a first research update within 2 business days of payment and a comparison of at least two documented clinic options within 10 business days. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Your comparison includes public sources, the named provider where available, price inclusions and exclusions, date inquiries and clearly labeled information still awaiting confirmation. A documented option is not a guaranteed quote, clinical endorsement or available appointment.

What is separate

The fee does not cover treatment, clinical consultations, tests, medications, insurance, travel, accommodation or clinic deposits. You contract with and pay each provider directly. We do not sell or reserve transportation or accommodation. We receive no clinic referral commissions for this service.

Your medical decisions

We are not a healthcare provider. We do not diagnose, prescribe, recommend a clinical treatment or make medical decisions for you. Only a licensed clinician can assess candidacy, explain risks and obtain informed consent. Providers may require an in-person examination or a call, even when we request asynchronous review. Public records and provider materials may be incomplete. Independently verify credentials, treatment plans, risks and aftercare with your clinician.

Dates and communication

We request and coordinate appointments subject to clinic confirmation and your approval. We do not guarantee a response, date, treatment outcome, lowest price or medical suitability. Do not book travel until your clinician confirms the required stay, aftercare and fitness to travel. We work by email and do not require a video call with us.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel for a full refund any time before we deliver your clinic comparison. If we do not deliver at least two documented clinic options within 10 business days, you may request a full refund. After we deliver the comparison, the research fee is nonrefundable unless we fail to provide the remaining agreed support or applicable law requires otherwise. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain intact.

Request a cancellation or refund through our contact form or by email, using the email from your purchase and your case reference. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days; bank processing time is additional. No cancellation or refund of our fee cancels a clinic agreement or refunds a clinic or travel payment.

Your brief and permission

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate logistical details. By purchasing, you ask us to contact clinics about general price ranges, written assessment processes and your date preferences. We will obtain your approval before sharing your identity or contact information with a clinic or requesting a named appointment. Medical histories and clinical records should go directly through your provider’s approved channel. Optional hairline and actual result photos may be added to the private photo area with your separate consent.

Photos and optional AI illustrations

Upload only your own adult photos. The private workspace offers one complimentary AI hairline illustration; the paid concierge service includes up to three total illustration attempts. Availability and usage limits apply. AI processing requires separate consent to send the chosen photo to OpenAI, as described in our photo privacy notice.

An AI illustration is a visual concept, not a treatment plan, predicted outcome or proof of actual results. Your clinician must assess suitability and what is achievable. Actual results remain separately labeled as customer uploads. An illustration does not count as delivery of the paid clinic comparison or change your comparison delivery and refund rights.

Responsibility and changes

We are responsible for our agreed administrative service. Independent providers remain responsible for their care, quotes, contracts and availability. We do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. The terms accepted at your purchase apply to that purchase.
