Ask for the details needed to check registration
The Medical Council of Thailand provides an official physician-verification service. Ask the clinic for the doctor's registered spelling and registration number. If a name cannot be matched, clarify the record with the provider or council rather than guessing from an English marketing name.

Use local dates on every leg
Write down the departure time at home, arrival time in Thailand, consultation, procedure, reviews and earliest clinician-approved departure. Compare the date you land home with your must-return deadline. Include connections and airport-to-clinic travel.
An overnight flight does not necessarily arrive the next morning on the calendar you expect. Ask for the clinic's required arrival and stay in its local time before testing itineraries.
